RandomChat.io is a free, anonymous platform that allows users to:

• Engage in random video and text chat with other users
• Create and join private chat rooms
• Use real-time translation for cross-language communication

The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. User Conduct

When using RandomChat, you agree to the following rules. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate disconnection, IP ban, or permanent removal from the platform:

You MUST NOT:

• Display or share sexually explicit content, including nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive behavior
• Share, distribute, or display child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this results in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement
• Engage in or solicit any illegal activity, including but not limited to drug trafficking, fraud, or solicitation of minors
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users in any way
• Use hate speech, including racism, sexism, homophobia, or any form of discrimination
• Share personal information of yourself or others (doxxing), including names, addresses, phone numbers, or social media accounts
• Spam, advertise, or promote products, services, or other platforms
• Attempt to bypass bans or circumvent security measures
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute conversations without the consent of all parties

4. Content Moderation & Enforcement

RandomChat employs active content moderation to ensure user safety. We reserve the right to:

• Monitor connections for compliance with these terms
• Disconnect users who violate these terms without notice
• Temporarily or permanently ban IP addresses
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities
• Cooperate with law enforcement investigations when required by law

We utilize automated security tools and manual moderation to enforce these terms.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Key points:

• We do not store chat messages or video/audio streams
• We collect minimal technical data (IP address, timestamps) for security
• Analytics data is only collected with your consent
• Video/audio is transmitted peer-to-peer (not through our servers)

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of RandomChat.io are the property of the Service operators and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without express written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

RandomChat does not store user-generated content (messages, video, audio). All content is transmitted in real-time and is not retained. Users are solely responsible for the content they transmit through the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or safety of user interactions
• Accuracy of translations provided by third-party services

You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk and that interactions with other users are your sole responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of RandomChat.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
