Overview

RandomChat.io respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA") and the EU Digital Services Act ("DSA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our platform.

DMCA Designated Agent

If you believe that content available on or through RandomChat.io infringes your copyright, please send a notification containing the following information to our designated agent:

Required Information for DMCA Notices

Your DMCA notice must include the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest
2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
3. A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our platform, with enough detail for us to find it
4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, RandomChat.io has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Nature of Our Platform

RandomChat.io is a real-time communication platform. We do not host, store, or distribute user-generated content. All video and text communications occur in real time and are not recorded or archived. However, we take all reports of intellectual property infringement seriously and will take appropriate action, including banning users who use our platform to infringe on the rights of others.

EU Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance

In compliance with the EU Digital Services Act, RandomChat.io provides a mechanism for reporting illegal content. If you are located in the European Union and wish to report content that you believe is illegal under applicable EU member state law, please contact us using the information above.
